Gregg Popovich always shoots it straight, and he has some interesting thoughts on the idea of every kid getting a trophy.  He makes a great point about how we learn from disappointment, the differences between a treat and a trophy, and how it extends to his own locker room with the Spurs.

“The truth and honesty always works better than bologna.”  I feel like a quote like that is going to end up on Pop’s tombstone when it’s all said and done.
